Administrator for a Growing Company in Sharjah

A fast-growing company in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and supporting our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$. We welcome applications from all nationalities and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations including filing, invoicing, and scheduling
- Communicate with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry and preparing reports
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management team
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with recruitment by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
