Construction Project Manager - Bansko, Bulgaria


We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria. As a member of our growing team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
- Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project finances by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and controlling costs
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests they may have
- Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure their professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
