Entry Level Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Construction Manager to join our team in Bansko. As an Entry Level Construction Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deadlines are met
- Communicate project updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Assist with obtaining necessary permits and licenses
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in construction or related field is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

City:
This position is located in Bansko, Bulgaria. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
