Online Consultant for Indian Market in Chelyabinsk



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the Online Consultant for the Indian market, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. Your main goal will be to assist our Indian clients with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of Indian culture, customs, and business practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport is required

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential clients
- Assist with placing orders and processing payments for customers from India
- Resolve any issues or complaints from Indian clients in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
