Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in Washington. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining networks. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent position for English-speaking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in computer support. A salary of $1300 per month is offered for this role.

As a Computer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on computers and other devices
- Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Conducting regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles and managing security settings
- Maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets
- Training clients on basic computer usage and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer support or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and network protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Patience when dealing with non-technical clients
- Indian nationality preferred
