Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Train users on new equipment or software as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes or systems
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in IT support role (preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of Windows OS, hardware components, and networking protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
