As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain network security through firewalls, encryption methods, and other security measures.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights.
- Back up data regularly and perform disaster recovery operations as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), hardware (routers/switches), and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with network security including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Good communication skills in English.
