Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Bungoma. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality dining experiences for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. You should also have a good understanding of food and beverage menus, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to handle multiple tables at once
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and guide them through the menu if needed
- Take accurate orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of orders
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any complaints or concerns from customers with professionalism
- Accept payments from customers and process them accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Upsell additional items when appropriate
