Courier - Delivery Associate

Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages to customers within designated time frames
- Ensure packages are delivered in good condition
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status or any issues
- Follow safety protocols while driving and operating delivery vehicles
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made and report any discrepancies
- Assist with loading and unloading of packages as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Prior experience in the courier or logistics industry is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
