We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain on an urgent contract basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process, including cost estimation, budget management, and project progress tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed cost estimations for construction projects
- Manage budget allocation and monitor project costs throughout the construction process
- Track project progress to ensure adherence to budget and timeline
- Analyze and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare and present reports on project progress to clients and stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate costings
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify potential issues or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This is a full-time position based in Manama, Bahrain.
