Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Moscow. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000/month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Record production and maintenance data for documentation purposes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle equipment and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred:
- Experience operating specific types of machines relevant to our industry (e.g. CNC, injection molding)
- Technical degree or certification in machine operation or related field
- Fluency in English or Russian (or both)
