Instrument Technician
We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Siauliai. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial and manufacturing settings. This includes but is not limited to pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We welcome candidates of all nationalities and backgrounds to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various types of instruments and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with instruments and equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Create reports documenting work performed
- Communicate with other technicians and engineers to coordinate repairs or upgrades
- Keep accurate records of inventory and supplies needed for instrument maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on instruments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or in a similar role
- Technical degree or certification in instrumentation or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation principles
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Familiarity with PLC control systems is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex problems quickly
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with typical working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. However, some evening or weekend work may be required for emergencies or special projects. The work environment may involve exposure to hazardous materials and requires the use of personal protective equipment. The ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary for this role.
