Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team in Akron. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining front-end and back-end applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient and user-friendly interfaces, while also ensuring the overall performance, scalability, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements
- Write clean, modular code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other programming languages
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs to ensure smooth functionality
- Keep up-to-date with the latest web development technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP/Python/Ruby/.Net/Java/C#, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or React
- Familiarity with server-side languages such as Node.js or Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of web security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile development methodology
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Understanding of SEO principles

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Akron (onsite position)
