Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Akron, Ohio. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various construction projects. Your main goal will be to provide visually appealing, functional and cost-effective designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Develop 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the design
- Conduct research on local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Work closely with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Ohio
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
