Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing building plans and layouts according to client needs and building regulations. You will also collaborate with other team members and clients to ensure high-quality, functional designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent 3D modeling skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed building plans and layouts using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their project
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to incorporate structural requirements into designs
- Present design concepts to clients for feedback and make necessary revisions
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints in designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent 3D modeling skills using software such as SketchUp or Revit
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Akron, Ohio (open to all nationalities)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
