Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, as well as excellent project management skills. You will be responsible for creating detailed plans and designs for various projects while collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Prepare project proposals and budgets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail

Working Conditions:
