We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Concrete Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures made of concrete. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels or power tools
- Install rebar and other reinforcement materials
- Operate equipment such as concrete saws and drills to cut and break up concrete
- Repair damaged concrete structures by patching holes or cracks
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with concrete is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment used in construction
