We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in concrete work and possess the physical strength and stamina required for this demanding role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare sites for concrete work by removing debris, setting up formwork, and laying out reinforcement materials
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour into designated areas
- Smooth and level concrete using trowels, screeds, or power tools
- Finish surfaces by hand or with the use of finishing tools such as brushes or brooms
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper set and finish
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the concrete as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete work within a construction setting
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with mixing ratios and experience working with different types of concrete
- Knowledge of construction techniques such as formwork, reinforcing, finishing, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license preferred
