Dismantler - Vehicle Disassembly Specialist


We are a reputable automotive company based in Dickirch, seeking a skilled Dismantler to join our team. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and extracting usable parts. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe removal of components from damaged or end-of-life vehicles in order to prepare them for recycling or resale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles according to company standards and guidelines
- Identify and extract usable parts, ensuring their proper labeling and storage
- Use specialized tools and equipment to remove components, such as engines, transmissions, axles, etc.
- Inspect parts for quality and functionality, reporting any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling vehicles and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and automotive parts
- Ability to use tools and equipment associated with dismantling vehicles
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to handle heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in automotive mechanics is preferred
