Senior Accountant


We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and financial management, as well as strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Manage the annual budgeting process
- Forecast future financial trends based on past performance
- Conduct periodic audits to identify any discrepancies or errors in financial records
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to contribute the financial perspective

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Izhevsk, Russia

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
