Web Designer

We are hiring a talented Web Designer to join our team in Utena, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Your main duties will include designing website layouts, selecting color schemes and fonts, creating graphics and logos, and optimizing website performance. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the final product meets both the design and functional requirements. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of web design principles, excellent creative skills, and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Responsibilities:
- Design website layouts that are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Select appropriate color schemes and fonts for each project
- Create graphics and logos that align with the client's brand identity
- Optimize website performance by ensuring fast loading times and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including responsive design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is required
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
