We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Khor, Nepal. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and everyday events. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to customer requests and preferences
- Source high-quality flowers from suppliers and maintain inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering expert advice
- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of flowers to prolong their lifespan
- Create eye-catching displays for the store frontage to attract potential customers
- Collaborate with event planners and other vendors to coordinate floral arrangements for special events
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of various flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or long hours during peak seasons
