We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. This position is suitable for men with experience in data analytics and does not require English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data using various tools and techniques
- Interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to provide insights for decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions using data analysis
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the accuracy of data to ensure quality results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
- Proven experience in data analytics with a strong understanding of statistical concepts
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a simple manner

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
