Mason - Construction Worker


We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Lom, Nepal. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures using various types of materials such as brick, concrete, and stone. Your primary duties will include laying foundations, walls, floors, and roofs while ensuring that the structures are sturdy and level.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working with construction tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris
- Set up scaffolding or other support structures
- Mix mortar or concrete by hand or using a cement mixer
- Lay bricks or other materials in horizontal rows
- Cut or shape materials using hand tools or power tools
- Follow blueprints or design plans to determine layout and dimensions
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Excellent balance and hand-eye coordination for precise placement of materials
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
