Machine Operator - Eldoret, Kenya


We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep them in optimal working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Must be from India with valid work permit for Kenya (local candidates preferred)
- Fluent in English is not required but would be considered an advantage
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Other information:
This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time based on performance. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate. This is an urgent opening, so immediate availability is preferred.
