Loader Operator


Loader Operators are responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, conveyors, or other equipment. They play a crucial role in the construction, mining, and transportation industries by ensuring that materials are properly loaded and transported to their designated locations. As a Loader Operator, you will be working with various types of equipment such as front-end loaders, bulldozers, and excavators to complete your tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery including front-end loaders, bulldozers, and excavators.
- Load materials onto trucks or other equipment according to designated plans and instructions.
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading activities.
- Keep track of materials loaded and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as front-end loaders, bulldozers, or excavators.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and instructions.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures for heavy machinery.
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Loader Operator in the construction or mining industry.
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation.

The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
