Head Pastry Chef

Our busy restaurant in Nakuru is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team. This role is open to all nationalities and we welcome applications from Indian, Egyptian, and English-speaking candidates.

As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the production of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods for the restaurant. You will work closely with our head chef to develop new menu items and ensure that all pastries meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a culinary degree or certification, and a strong passion for pastry making. You must also possess excellent leadership skills to manage and train a team of pastry cooks.

In addition to your creative abilities, you must also have strong organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and schedules. You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
