Cashier - Muharraq, Bahrain


We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Process cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at the end of each shift
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products or services
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are displayed properly
- Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Customer service oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and reach above shoulder level
