A reputable retail store in Muharraq is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently
- Accept payments through various methods such as cash, credit cards, and vouchers
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Upsell products or services when applicable

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in using electronic payment systems such as POS machines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid biometric passport for identification purposes

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Muharraq, Bahrain.

Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are flexible based on the needs of the store. However, candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays if necessary.
