Administrator in Isa Town, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Process invoices and expenses
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
