We are a construction company in Chelyabinsk, Russia seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different types of plaster materials and be able to follow blueprints and design specifications. You must also possess strong attention to detail and have the physical stamina to work in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment is also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Malayalees and Kenyans are encouraged to apply. Women are also welcome to apply for this position. No English proficiency is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or cleaning
- Mix and apply plaster using hand or mechanical tools
- Create textures or patterns on finished surfaces
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster
- Read blueprints or design specifications
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following proper procedures and using appropriate equipment
- Maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and design specifications accurately
