Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for a contract position in Ufa. Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information
- Prepare construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Review shop drawings from contractors to ensure accuracy
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from project managers or clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to produce accurate drawings and plans
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Location: Ufa, Russia
