We are searching for a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed successfully and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings.
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes and regulations.
- Oversee construction projects to ensure that they are completed according to plans and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Architect on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the USA.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. The ideal candidate must have legal authorization to work in the USA. This position does not come with accommodation but visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
