We are in need of a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
