Entry-Level Welder in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking entry-level welders to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in starting their career in welding.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding plans
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Weld metal parts together using various techniques such as arc welding, gas welding, and brazing
- Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified welding program or apprenticeship is preferred but not required
- Previous experience with arc welding, gas welding, or brazing is a plus
- Must be physically fit and able to work in different environments (outdoors, confined spaces)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
