We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy café in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

As a Barista, your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea, as well as snacks and light meals. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring that all customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café.

The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. They should have strong knowledge of different types of coffee, teas, and other beverages. The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure is also essential. Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers are important qualities we are looking for.

This position requires someone who is able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. As this is an Indian-owned business, preference will be given to Indian candidates. Accommodation can be provided for candidates if needed.
