Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman for the busy season. As a seasonal manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, controlling costs, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during peak season
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests
- Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Control costs by minimizing waste, monitoring expenses, and negotiating with vendors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Experience managing staff and maintaining high-quality service standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1600 per month (accommodation not provided)
