Senior Industrial Architect

As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet their specific needs. Your main goal will be to ensure that the buildings are safe, efficient, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that building systems are properly integrated into the design
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements in order to incorporate them into designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
- A valid biometric passport for international travel (if not a Russian citizen)

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia (open to remote work for highly qualified candidates)

Type: Contract (with potential for permanent employment)
