Senior Industrial Architect

As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing industrial architecture projects in Moscow. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative design solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and production facilities.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in industrial architecture and be familiar with all aspects of the design process. You should also possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in the project. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead industrial architecture projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Experience managing a team of architects or designers
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
