We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and create accurate maps and legal descriptions for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Gather data on land features and prepare detailed reports
- Create maps and legal descriptions for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in survey measurements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to plan and complete projects
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (experience in Russia is preferred)
- Knowledge of surveying methods, tools, and equipment
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one (if non-Russian citizen)
