We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical components and systems. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Prepare surfaces for welding or fitting by cleaning or grinding
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Install mechanical systems in buildings, vehicles, or other structures
- Test installed equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or testing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
- Physically fit and able to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred
