Senior Architect for High-End Residential Projects in Los Angeles



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing high-end residential projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong design skills, technical expertise, and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design concepts that meet their needs and preferences
- Lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers in the development of project plans and construction documents
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise during construction
- Take responsibility for resolving any technical or design challenges that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience working on high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong design portfolio showcasing previous residential projects
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage and paid time off.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
