Senior Architect

We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have experience in building design and construction, as well as strong leadership skills to oversee and manage projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700 USD per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the work of junior architects and other team members
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and budget throughout all phases of construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Pakistan preferred
