We are searching for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at our luxury hotel in Eschen. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are of the highest quality and meet the standards of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop new recipes and menu items.
- Ensure that all dishes are of the highest quality and meet the standards of our hotel.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient production levels.
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Creative with a passion for pastry making.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior chefs.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
