Junior Civil Engineer - Washington, USA


Our engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and ensure project compliance
- Prepare project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to develop efficient solutions
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to superiors
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Conduct quality control checks on materials used in construction projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and government officials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience).
