Computer Systems Analyst

We are currently hiring a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Triesen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and information technology, with experience in analyzing and designing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues. The Computer Systems Analyst will also be responsible for conducting research, evaluating new technologies, and implementing systems that improve efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans for upgrades or replacements
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and requirements for new or updated systems
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Design, configure, test, and implement computer systems according to project specifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during system implementation or day-to-day use
- Create documentation for new or updated systems, including user manuals and training materials
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed
- Monitor system performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal functionality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to the organization's operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience with network architecture design and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with various departments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
