Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in Lom, providing English speaking services for our Indian clients. As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans, leading group classes, and providing one-on-one training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities:
- Create customized fitness plans based on clients' goals, needs, and abilities
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients to ensure proper form and technique
- Lead group fitness classes in various formats such as HIIT, strength training, and cardio
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust their workouts as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and attend relevant workshops or conferences

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English with the ability to effectively communicate with Indian clients
- Knowledgeable in different types of fitness equipment and exercises
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to adapt training methods for different fitness levels and limitations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus commission based on client retention. Accommodation can also be provided for our out-of-town trainers.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa that allows them to work in Lom.
