Personal Trainer


As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and coaching to clients in the city of Lom. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their desired fitness goals through customized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and motivation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals and current level of physical activity
- Design personalized workout plans based on clients' needs and abilities
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on maintaining proper form
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
- Provide nutritional advice and guidance to help clients develop healthy eating habits
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
- Keep track of client attendance and schedule regular check-ins with them
- Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and nutrition research

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal trainer or relevant certification in personal training or related field
- Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to assess clients' physical abilities and create personalized workout plans accordingly
- Understanding of different types of exercise equipment and their proper use
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed
