Handyman Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Handyman Technician to join our team in Lom, offering a competitive salary of 1700$. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and equipment. This is a contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on buildings and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Install new fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Perform general carpentry work such as painting, drywall repair, and basic construction
- Keep accurate records of completed work orders and inventory
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods of time
- Valid work permit or own visa with the right to work in Lom
