We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the leader of our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient dining atmosphere
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues effectively
- Manage budgets, expenses, and payroll to achieve financial targets
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Valid work visa for Russia (sponsorship available)
